Fire Door Inspection & Audit

A fire door inspection should be scoped to the building, its fire strategy and the reason for the inspection. Regulation 10 checks, fire risk assessments and specialist assessments have different purposes and should not be treated as interchangeable.

Planned Maintenance Programmes

Eagle Fire is listed by BM TRADA as certified under the Q-Mark Fire Door Maintenance scheme. Planned maintenance can support a building’s fire-door management arrangements between inspections. The appropriate interval and scope depend on the premises, fire strategy, manufacturer guidance and findings from inspection.
